This collection offers a thick copper core that is surrounded by two layers of aluminum. This allows for superb heat conductivity as well as an even heat distribution so you won't have hot spots when cooking. Set includes 8- and 10-inch fry pans, 2- and 3-quart sauce pans with lids, 3-quart sauté pan with lid, and an 8-quart stock pot with lid. Hand washing recommended.
